Reverend Jimmie M. Hayes, Sr

He is a native of Warren County. Pastor Hayes is a respected leader in the community and shares the gospel wherever he goes. He became the 11th Pastor of First Baptist Church of Stovall in January 2014.

He is married to Jean Hayes and they have five children: Montrell, Alaysha, Jimmie Jr, Josiah, and Amillia.

One of Revered Hayes’ favorite scriptures is “If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.” -Galatians 5:25

Reverend Hayes demonstrates that spiritual leadership is not just a title—it is shown through daily actions and consistent faith. He encourages members to rely on the Holy Spirit, seek God through prayer, and intentionally grow in their spiritual walk.
